The Tom’s Drive In mobile app is available for download on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Use the links to download the Tom’s Drive In app.

Download the Tom’s Drive In mobile app. From the top left corner, click on Account Sign Up/Log In and create your account. It’s that easy. Every order placed on the mobile app will be automatically rewarded with loyalty points to your unique Loyalty ID number.

Already registered on our Online Ordering platform? Not a problem. Download the app and sign using the same account information and it will link to your existing account. You will earn rewards automatically every time you order with the app or online.

To earn loyalty points when dining in or at the drive thru, please have your Burger Bank Loyalty ID barcode ready to scan. Your Burger Bank Loyalty ID number is found in the Tom’s Drive In app home screen, in the upper right corner (barcode icon).

*Points are not earned on gift card purchases, loading eGift cards, and 3rd party delivery services.

Funds can be loaded to the Loyalty eGift Card and then used for purchases instead of entering credit card information for each transaction. Load the card as needed.

All guests who are at least 18 years old or older are invited to enroll in Tom’s Drive In Burger Bank Loyalty.

Personal information is kept secure and will only be used according to our Privacy Policy. If you wish to opt out of the program communications, please visit your profile page on the mobile app to change your selections. You may also opt out of the program communications when you receive an email by selecting the unsubscribe link located in the email footer.

Your Burger Bank Loyalty ID number is found in the Tom’s Drive In App on the home screen in the upper right corner (barcode icon). This number is uniquely yours and must be scanned/given before making payment to earn loyalty when dining inside or utilizing the drive thru. Online orders placed on the app will automatically be rewarded upon payment.

Rewards cannot be cancelled once redeemed. All eligible rewards will be automatically applied on any mobile app and online orders or applied when Loyalty ID number is scanned for dine-in and drive thru orders if a qualifying purchase is made.

You must be logged into the Tom’s Drive In app. The loyalty points and available rewards/deals are shown on the home screen of the app. Just scroll down to the Tom’s Drive In Points Plan or click on your Loyalty ID barcode in the top right corner of the home screen.

All eligible rewards will be automatically applied on any mobile app and online orders or applied when Loyalty ID number is scanned for dine-in and drive thru orders if a qualifying purchase is made. Loyalty points do not expire. Birthday rewards and Daily Deals are only available on the specific day.

Currently we have no way to manually add points for purchases. Please be sure to have your Loyalty ID ready to be scanned when you dine-in or utilize the drive thru.

You can only redeem one reward per transaction with an additional $5 purchase.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Mobile app and online orders will be prepared and placed in the BurgerVault for pickup. Pickup instructions will be sent via text message.
